1. How do I measure product?
The proper sequence of dimensions is Length x Width x Depth. Place your product in front of you with the open end up. Length is the longest open end dimensions from left to right. Width is the shortest open end dimension from front to back. Depth is the remaining dimension from top to bottom.
2.Can you help to configurat the detailed specificatoins if i am not sure the per layer gram?
Yes, pls kindly provide your usage, we will configurat detailed specifications for you;
3. Can I have a custom designed and made product ?
We are a custom factory. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. All of our products are custom made based on your artwork and packaging need.
4. Is there a minimum order requirement ?
Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is1000 pcs. It is recommended for you to order a 20"GP or 40"HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
5. Can We make OEM orders ?
Yes, of course. we are factory. You can choose design, size,material and so on.
6.Where is your factory localed ?
Our factory localed in Dongguan, delivery from Shenzhen port;
7.How about delivery date ?
Depend on quantity, normally within 10-15 working days for a 1*40HQ Container.
